1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your membership with the Insiders, a private business mastermind and networking group, operated by Mandie Holgate T/As The Business Womans Network. By joining the Insiders, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please take the time to read them carefully.

2. Membership Fees

  • Membership Cost: The cost of membership is £25 per month.
  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made by Direct Debit or PayPal.
  • Billing: Membership fees are payable monthly, starting from the date of your initial payment, and will be automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.

3. Payments and Arrears

  • Payment Due Date: Payments must be made on or before the due date each month.
  • Late Payments: If your payment fails, we will notify you, and you will have 7 days to resolve the issue.
  • Suspension of Access: If payment is not received within 7 days, your access to the Insiders membership, including the confidential Facebook community and all exclusive content on the website, will be revoked. You will be removed from the group, and any content you’ve posted or shared may be deleted.
  • Unpaid Balances: If you cancel your membership while any fees remain unpaid, those fees will still be due and must be paid in full.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [info@thebusinesswomansnetwork.co.uk]. Your cancellation will take immediate effect at the date of the email.
  • Unpaid Balances: If you cancel with outstanding fees, these must still be paid in full. Refunds will not be provided.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your membership for failure to pay fees, or if T&Cs and / or code of ethics are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Materials: All materials provided within the Insiders group, including but not limited to workshops, training resources, and webinars, are the intellectual property of Mandie Holgate t/as The Business Womans Network. You are not permitted to reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
  • Respecting Members’ Content: Any content shared by other members (including business strategies, personal information, or creative ideas) is confidential and must not be used for commercial gain or shared outside the group without permission.

6. Confidentiality and Ethical Use

  • Confidentiality: The Insiders group is a safe and confidential space. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions and materials shared within the group. This includes sensitive business practices, strategies, and personal information shared by other members.
  • Prohibition on Data Farming: Collecting or farming the contact details or personal information of other members for solicitation, or any other purpose without their explicit consent, is strictly forbidden.
  • Non-Compete Agreement: Upon leaving the Insiders, you agree not to start or establish a similar business networking or growth organisation within 6 months. This includes masterminds, coaching networks, or any similar communities focusing on business growth, networking, or professional development.

7. Use of Resources

  • As a member, you will have access to exclusive resources such as webinars, workshops, discussion forums, and networking opportunities. These resources are intended for your personal and professional development and should not be distributed or shared externally without permission.
  • Sales Posts: Sales posts, self-promotion, or event promotion are not allowed in the group, unless you are asking for feedback or advice.

8. Suspension for Non-Payment

  • If you miss a payment or fail to rectify missed payments within 7 days of notification, your membership will be suspended. This includes removal from the confidential Facebook community, and you will lose access to all exclusive website content. You will no longer be able to participate in or benefit from the resources provided by the Insiders membership.

9. Liability

  • Mandie Holgate t/as The Business Womans Network is not responsible for any financial or business outcomes resulting from your use of the Insiders membership.
  • While we strive to create a supportive and confidential environment, we cannot be held responsible for any disputes or issues between members.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and by continuing your membership, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
