Business Success – an INsiders Success Story

Paula MacGregor will be the first to tell you that she adores her rural life with a menagerie of pets, in the beautiful Essex Countryside and that maybe it was time to slow down rather ramp up a new business idea.

Tragedy took Paula’s best friend from her and her friends dying wish was that there be a legacy that helps others through creativity to change lives.

Let’s jump forward to October 2024 and The Slow Stitch School is alive and well with over 30 paid members already, their first Coastal retreat is fully booked and now courses/retreats/away days are being planned for 2025.

These will include expanding into the corporate world as we see an increasing need for ways to help overwhelmed and overworked staff to relax in the evening that doesn’t include drink or TV.

Paula’s work is beautiful, however Paula will be the first to tell you that’s it’s not about perfect, it’s about inclusion. It’s about bringing creativity and connection to the world.
