Growing successful business helps more with ADHD Awareness, coaching and acceptance

It was a joy when Michelle Shavdia from Find Your Spark joined us in February 2023. In that time we’ve seen Michelle’s business grow and grow. And as their business grows their ability to help even more people understand ADHD and get the support they need has grown too. What’s not to love?

Here Michelle tells us about their upcoming events, training and opportunities to experience ADHD awareness, coaching and acceptance.

ADHD Awareness, coaching and acceptance

My ADHD Brain and Me:

Living in a neurotypical world when you are not a neurotypical girl series.

By Michelle Shavdia

I, Michelle Shavdia am a qualified coaching psychologist who was late diagnosed with ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia at 37 years old.  Ever since then I have been on a mission to raise awareness into the still misunderstood condition of ADHD as well as shining a lens on other overlapping neurodivergent conditions to adults and parents in Essex and beyond!

I have been sharing details of this via ADHD awareness groups and one-to-one coaching to educate people as to why so many people are being diagnosed with ADHD these days (something I am hearing people still ask regularly!)

We now have two separate ADHD Awareness groups as opposed to just the one.  The next group we have is on the 17th of September.  This one is specifically for PARENTS.

We only have two spaces left on this group so please email amanda@findyourspark.co.uk before the 6th September to book your space in order to avoid disappointment!  This will be the last parents group of 2024.

We are also running our final ADULT ADHD Awareness group of 2024 on 7th October.  The Early Bird discount of £40 for this group will end on 25th September and again email Amanda to get the Eventbrite details.

📞 You can also book a 30-minute online call for £40 via amanda@findyourspark.co.uk to find out more about these groups as well as one to one coaching.

What I will be sharing in these groups is some of the biggest pain-points I hear from ADHD adults and parents as well some tips to help.  A tip that I recommend is to ask those of us with ADHD, children and adults, questions and give us choices as opposed to telling us what to do.  You yourself may have experienced that telling us what to do often does not end well and may result in a massive argument and resistance!

Here is a testimonial of a parent who has accessed the service recently:

“Michelle has made a massive difference, both to our daughter and us as a family as she’s so much more self-assured, happy and able to cope with everyday challenges. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle’s coaching for any child or adult with ADHD or autism. It’s been life changing and a real game changer for me and my family. Thanks so much xx”
